Aisehi Framework // Legal Division
Terms of Engagement
By accessing the Aisehi.site MME protocol, you agree to the following non-negotiable operational parameters. These terms apply to all individual users and strategic alliance entities.
01. OPERATIONAL USE ONLY
Aisehi.site provides a transmission protocol. Users are solely responsible for the nature of the data embedded within carrier files. We do not monitor, verify, or validate content. Use of this system for illicit activities that violate international law is strictly prohibited and falls under the user's sole legal liability.
02. ALLIANCE CONFIDENTIALITY
Strategic partners and alliances engaging in private-instance deployments are bound by a permanent Non-Disclosure framework. The methodology, custom logic, and deployment architecture provided by Aisehi are proprietary assets and may not be reverse-engineered or disclosed to third-party entities without Tier-1 authorization.
03. ABSENCE OF WARRANTY
The service is provided "as-is". While we utilize defense-grade logic, Aisehi.site offers no guarantee of absolute data permanence or recovery. Due to the nature of our temporal purging protocol, once data is expired or purged, it is irretrievable even by our system architects.
04. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Aisehi.site or its affiliates be liable for any data loss, interception by third-party state actors, or compromise of mission-critical information. Users acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks, which are mitigated but not eliminated by our protocol.
05. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to terminate access to any specific node or IP range found to be attempting to disrupt the MME service or conduct forensic probing of our infrastructure.
Notice to Alliances
Continued use of this terminal constitutes a binding electronic signature. If you do not agree to these terms, you must disconnect from the Aisehi node immediately.
